Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 days, delivered via DHL/FedEx in 10-15 business days with full tracking.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS (15-25 business days). Perfect for non-urgent wardrobe updates.

International orders may be subject to local duties/taxes upon arrival, which are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s regulations—our declared value reflects the actual purchase amount.

Our Standard Shipping provides the fastest available delivery. For time-sensitive needs, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance. We currently don’t offer express shipping upgrades.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Email [email protected] with your order number and return request. We’ll provide return instructions and a merchandise authorization number that must be included with your return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.

We currently process exchanges by having you return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the fastest possible delivery on your new selection.
