Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • A copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase must be included

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear and Swimwear unless the items are faulty. All other product categories (Accessories, All In Ones, Footwear, Jeans & Trousers, Knitwear & Sweats, Outerwear, Shorts, Suits & Tailoring, and Tops) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Style Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time for refunds is 3-5 business days after approval
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
  • Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and approved

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
