Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note for International Customers: Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. Some Asian and remote regions may not be eligible for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Layered Clothes purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be as refined as our menswear collections.

Return Policy Overview

  • 15-day return window from date of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
  • Original packaging required
  • Copy of order confirmation must be included

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear and Swimwear unless items are faulty.

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps for a seamless return process:

  1. Contact our Style Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below.
  2. Wait for approval – You’ll receive an RMA number and return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return securely in original packaging with all tags attached. Include your order confirmation.
  4. Ship your return to our returns center using the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Exchanges ship once returned item is received and approved

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Declare packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties
  • Refunds are issued in USD and may be affected by currency fluctuations
