Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note for International Customers: Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. Some Asian and remote regions may not be eligible for shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Layered Clothes purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be as refined as our menswear collections.
Return Policy Overview
- 15-day return window from date of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
- Original packaging required
- Copy of order confirmation must be included
Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear and Swimwear unless items are faulty.
How to Return an Item
Follow these steps for a seamless return process:
- Contact our Style Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below.
- Wait for approval – You’ll receive an RMA number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return securely in original packaging with all tags attached. Include your order confirmation.
- Ship your return to our returns center using the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Exchanges ship once returned item is received and approved
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Declare packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties
- Refunds are issued in USD and may be affected by currency fluctuations
